1. APPOINTMENT AND CANCELLATION POLICIES
• All services are by appointment only.
• A deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment.
• Minimum 2-hour cancellation notice is required.
• Late cancellations (less than 2 hours' notice) or no-shows forfeit their deposit.
• Late arrivals may result in shortened session time while being charged for full session.
• We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances. 

• If we cancel within less than two hour full refund will be given.

2. PAYMENT AND FINANCIAL POLICIES
• Deposit required at booking (applied to service total).
• Remaining balance due at time of service.5

• Arrive 5-10 minutes before scheduled appointment time.
